You can start the EasyFit Challenge at any time and the rules are easy to follow:

Challenge Rules:

I was incredibly unhappy with myself after looking at my before pictures on June 1st. I had spent months sitting in front of my computer for nursing school as all of my classes were from home. I’m talking like more than 12 hours a day studying and doing homework. I would try to walk on the treadmill when I had a video to watch or a passage to read. It was hard to focus on what I was reading, but I really just wanted to MOVE MY BODY. This challenge was an awesome start to what I wish I had done months ago. I took away a whole new mind set. I’m far more conscious of what I’m putting in my body. I’m enjoying black coffee. I thoroughly enjoyed a wedding without alcohol. I have had cystic acne on my back and chest since I was a teenager. I’m 33 now. I’ve tried every cream there is and recently resorted to an oral antibiotic because I was sick of being an adult with acne like a teenager! I’ve stopped taking the antibiotic and realized this week that my acne is almost gone! If you’re unsure, just take the leap. Do the challenge. 28 days will pass whether you’re on board or not…so why not give it a shot?!? - Jaime Evans

I lost a total of 15 lbs (6.8 kg) over the entire 28 day/4 week challenge! I lost some muscle mass (to be expected during any cut/weight loss), but the majority of the weight loss came from water and fat. I would say that I probably lost about 4-5% body fat over the entire challenge! I got my average steps per day up to 12,000 steps from 4,000-5,000 steps (2-3x increase in movement/day)! Walking is a healthy habit that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I also realized how important it was to drink more water and I plan to adopt this part of the challenge into my everyday life as well! I loved this challenge! This challenge did what I thought it would do and even exceeded my expectations. I would say that anyone who follows the plan as it is laid out will have a healthier perspective towards life and see how some simple changes could improve their mood/happiness, energy level, and overall wellness. - Richard McDonough
