We pride ourselves on treating every client equally and as an individual. The Co-Movement team will always ask for your personal goals and values before assigning you a personal trainer. All clients undergo an initial assessment in order to determine where you are in your fitness journey. We know that when your programing is aligned with your personal goals and values, success is inevitable. All the personal trainers at Co-Movement gym complete an in-house, 3-month coaching certification and have real life experience testing out many different workouts and nutritional strategies. Your personal trainer will assess and reassess continually throughout your fitness journey to ensure you are progressing towards your goals/values.

For 11 years we have successfully worked with hundreds of clients at all levels, coaching them as they pursue their goals. Our community is made up of parents, "brand new to fitness" beginners, weekend warriors, post surgery patients, those training for a lifetime competition such as CrossFit or Triathlon , wedding or other big events. No matter your goal our coaches will guide you along your journey. 

Our years of experience has made it clear to us that success lies in providing the following:

  • A sustainable approach to health and movement. Short term, cookie cutter plans simply do not work.​

  • Customized programming for the individual. We take into account your current abilities, goals, lifestyle and commitment level when designing your program.

  •  Implement the most potent and effective methods possible. Few people have unlimited time to spend in the gym. Knowing exactly what exercises, energy systems and mobility patterns to train, allows our personal trainers to spearhead true effectiveness in every workout while you are at the local gym in Oriskany Falls NY or remote. 

  • Lifestyle coaching. Easy to manage nutrition, stress and sleep protocols are the frosting on the "cake".

Co-Movement Gym has coached hundreds of clients to achieve more than they ever imagined was possible. Our personal trainers have coached clients looking to complete a marathon, triathlon, compete in the CrossFit Games, improve performance for college and high school athletes (basketball, football, soccer, hockey, dance, gymnastics, swimming, and more), but Co-Movement personal trainers pride ourselves more on helping average people achieve their goals and to move through life pain free. Over the last few months Co-Movement Gym has been hard at work creating an easy to follow and highly effective challenge for individuals who want to jump-start a healthy routine or improve upon positive changes they have already made. You can start the EasyFit Challenge at any time and the rules are easy to follow:

 

Challenge Rules:

 

#1 Each week accumulate 10 miles of walking or running outside.

 

#2 Each week choose one of the following:

•           Fast for an entire 24 hours.

or

•           Fast for two 16 hour intervals per week.

 

#3 For 28 days you will only drink water, black coffee or tea (for your liquids).
