Why is your podcast called "A is A Health Podcast"?
The name comes from Aristotle’s Law of Identity, simply put; reality has an identity and is therefore knowable. Our goal here on the podcast is to take that knowledge and make it accessible and understandable too! Ever get stuck in a fitness rut and lose interest? Or train so carefully and still get injured?
